Our History

Jones Brothers Concrete Limited was established in 1999 by Stuart Jones and was joined by his brother Howard in 2000. A family business, manufacturing prestressed concrete wall panels, it has gone from strength to strength priding itself on quality without compromise.

Our Process

All aspects of the manufacturing process are completed by ourselves at our premises in Flintshire, from the batching of the concrete in our own batching plant using only the highest quality aggregates and cement, to the smooth trowelled finish of the panel.

Our Standards

We supply a wide range of pre-stressed concrete wall panels, built to BS 5502 part 22, BS 648 and BS 8110 for the agricultural and industrial sector.
There are various applications for which our concrete panels can be used such as warehousing, distribution centres, bulk storage buildings, recycling and waste transfer stations, fertiliser and salt stores, storage bunkers as well as agricultural storage and livestock buildings.

All of our products are CE Mark Accredited

  • Jones Brothers Concrete Limited take legislation and new regulations very seriously which is why since July 2013 all of our products are now CE mark accredited to comply with the Construction Products Regulation (CPR).
  • CE marking is a standard way of marking products which gives the customer details of the important physical and technical properties of each product. One of the most important elements of CE marking is safety information relating to each product, which enables the customer to use the product in a safe way.
  • CE marking is also a very good way of reassuring the customer that the product complies with performance standards and is suitable for it’s purpose, as well as being of the highest quality.
